A few changes to beginner bootcamps.

  • We will no longer have class on Tuesdays (I’ll explain at the end), so we only have class on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturday mornings.
  • I have added a few time slots: 7pm, 730pm on Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays and 9am on Saturday
  • We only have 10 spots available per class.
  • I will have a sign-up available on Wednesdays for the following Saturday morning classes.
  • You will be restricted to your time slot, so we will have a 630 group, 7pm group, 730pm group… etc

Other Notes
If anyone is interested in doing a 645am or a 715am beginner bootcamp let me know.

The reason why we will not have class on Tuesdays is because I would like to dedicated that time to my clients that want to do personal training as well as the fat loss planning. Starting next week I will have a sign-up for available times on Tuesdays to meet with me one on one for fat loss and meal planning.

No.

Can we change class times?
Only if a spot is available in that class time.

Am I stuck in my class time spot?
Yes, this keeps us from having 30 people show up at one class time. That would be not so fun.
