 Beginner  – If you are an absolute beginner exerciser or you are intimidated about the idea of doing a bootcamp class. This class is for you.

 Regular  – This is our main workout class, if you feel that you are definitely not a beginner but not an advanced exerciser this class is for you.

 Advanced  – If you have been doing bootcamp with us for a while and you feel that the regular class is getting easy, these classes are for you.
