What is bootcamp?
Bootcamp takes the very best fat burning exercises from aerobics classes, weight training, body weight training, & cardiovascular training & puts them into a 30-minute fat-blasting, interval workout. Interval training is the proven way to burn that fat in the shortest amount of time possible. You get all the benefits of these types of training all in one class. OK, I want to join, but I'm nervous...
First off, this is normal, but no worries. Your first few times you come in we will spend 10-20 minutes with you getting your orientated on how everything works.
Once you do a few classes, you'll be hooked!
Parking: You can park directly in front of the joefitness garage door or there are spaces directly behind the door as well.
Just below is the current schedule of classes. You are able to pick and choose what times work best for your schedule, so you do not need to commit to certain class times. We are constantly trying to accommodate most schedules, so if you don't see a time that works for you, let us know! Give us a call at 701.446.8303 or e-mail us to confirm the class time.

I've noticed a trend in the local fitness industry- all the personal trainers were doing the exact same thing, with very few results. I decided something needed to change!
Personal training is overpriced & misunderstood. Personal Training is ineffective because clients couldn't afford enough sessions to get the results they desired. Is this like a military bootcamp?
No, not at all. We are a mostly indoors class.(an occasional trip outside) You won't hear any whistles, just good music and motivation from the trainers.
Do I need to be a member of the gym to be in bootcamp?
No, you will never be obligated to purchase a gym membership. However, we have negotiated a special rate with our host gym that bootcamp members can take advantage of if they desire.
What types of members are in bootcamps?
Most of our members are females between the ages of 18 - 54. We have a wide variety exercise levels, so whether your a pure beginner looking to get started or an advanced exerciser looking to get your butt kicked, we have a solution for you!
Do you offer punch cards?
Sorry we don't offer punch cards. FM Bootcamps are designed to get you the best bang for your buck. Our unlimited plan lets you have access to as many classes a month as you can handle. By doing this we have more face time with our clients and our clients get more results!
I'm an absolute beginner, will these classes be hard?
In just a few classes you will get the hang of it. Our type of classes allows you to pace yourself as needed. Also, you are always under the watchful eye of one of our trainers, so we are there if you need us.
I'm currently or plan to train for a marathon, can I still join?
Yes, absolutely. The type of interval training you see at FM Bootcamps is perfect for the cross training you should be including in your running preparation.
What if I join and it's not for me?
Hey, it happens. This is why we offer our first month for free. We encourage everyone interested to at least try it. It's very addictive! But, if it's not for you, we will gladly give you a refund.

All of our classes are designed primarily for fat/weight loss, but we often get side effects like increased energy, increased athletic performance, sweating, sore muscles after a good workout, pants fitting better, better sleep, better productivity at work, and a number of other positive results our members didn't intend to achieve when they joined. While we do everything we can to get you the results you desire, results do vary from person to person. However, proper eating habits (no diet) do play a key role in fat loss. At FM Bootcamps we will work with you to get your eating habits in order to get the very best results.
